    Order & Product

    1. I have made payment for my order, but I have not received the order confirmation email.
      Please drop us an email at support@mplsports.in and our team will help you check and confirm your order status.
    2. What is the material of Jersey?
      Jersey is made from 100% Polyester.
    3. Are the clothes machine washable?
      Yes, the clothes are machine washable but follow care guidelines for longevity.
    4. How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
      Customers will receive an Email/SMS about their order at different stages of order delivery.
    5. How do I check the status of my order?
      Customers can track the shipment on the link provided in SMS. Alternatively, please contact MPL Sports customer support via email support@mplsports.in for order details.
    6. Do you take bulk orders/ customise products?
      Right now we are only shipping in India for individual orders. International shipping or corporate orders are accepted for bulk orders. In order to place such an order please write to our customer support support@mplsports.in or alternatively you can fill out the corporate enquiry form on our website https://mplsports.in/pages/corporate-enquirie
    7. What size should I buy?
      The size guide is available on each product page. Kindly reference before placing an order.
    8. How do I cancel the order I have placed?
      Customers can cancel their order from the My Account section on our website prior to order shipment. Cancelled orders will be fully refunded.
    9. Does the Jersey Backside have a Player name/number?
      The current jersey does not have any player name or number and has a plain backside. However, you can get it customised from us at https://mplsports.in/collections/customize-jersey

    Shipping & Delivery

    1. How long will it take to deliver the order?
      Orders are expected to be delivered to the specified address within 7 days from the date of order. However, considering Covid restrictions, certain pin codes might experience delays in delivery.
    2. I want to change my delivery address or phone number.
      You can modify the shipping address of your order before the order is shipped. For such requests, please contact customer support by email at support@mplsports.in
    3. I want to place an order, but I don’t want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible?
      Sorry, this facility is not available as of now.
    4. My order status reads delivered, but I have not yet received it.

    Returns and Exchanges

    1. How do I place a return request?
      You can place the return request within 10 days of ordering in the My Accounts section on our website after login in with valid credentials. Returns will only be accepted with the original packaging intact. Returned items cannot be washed, worn, used, or altered in any way.
    2. How do I place an exchange request?
      You can place the exchange request within 10 days of ordering in the My Accounts section in our website after login in with valid credentials. We shall arrange for the pickup of the product. Once the product is picked we shall dispatch the new Jersey of the requested size within 48 hours. The exchange will only be accepted with the original packaging intact. Exchanged items cannot be washed, worn, used, or altered in any way.
    3. How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?
      A refund will be initiated within 7 working days after your return product is picked up by the courier team.
    4. How do I return multiple products from a single order?
      Yes, you can place the return request in the My Accounts section on our website for the products that you want to return after login in with valid credentials. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
    5. Will you pick up the product I want to return from my location?
      Yes, the pick up will be done to the shipping address
    6. Can I Self-Ship the product to you?
      Sorry, currently we do not have this facility.
    7. When can my return or refund request be declined?
      Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered. If the Product does not meet the quality standards, products that have been used, are defective or damaged shall not be eligible for free return and/or return. Our decisions on whether products are eligible for a return, replacement or refund shall be final.
    8. Is it possible to exchange a Jersey if I have issues with the size/quality etc?
      Yes, you can place the exchange request in the My Accounts section in our website after login in with valid credentials. We shall arrange for the pickup of the product. Once the product is picked we shall dispatch the new product of the requested size within 48 hours. This will however be invalid for customized jerseys.
    9. I am unable to see a return button on the My Orders page.
      Customers can return their order within 10 days of the order delivery, beyond that the return option will be disabled
    10. I placed a return request. When will my product be picked up?
      We shall arrange for a free pick up service within 2 (two) to 3 (three) days for you. Our team will do a quality check on the return and only if it meets the return policy shall we accept a return request.

    Jersey Customization

    1. Can we customise Jersey?
      Yes, you can customise the test and retro jersey.
      Customers can input text in English only, other languages or special characters are not supported. Delivery time is different for customized orders Order will be declined if it contains any of the following:
      *Potential trademark or other intellectual property rights violations
      *Profanity
      *Inappropriate slang
      *Insulting or discriminatory content
      *Content construed to incite violence
      *Any content considered offensive by MPL Sports.
    2. Can we have a requested name or player name or player number printed on the jersey backside?
      Yes, you can request any player name (max.10 characters) and number (max. 3 digits) to be printed on the jersey.
    3. Can we get any product customized?
      No. currently you can only get the Retro and Test Jersey customized.
    4. When will my custom jersey be delivered?
      Since customization is a special made request it takes a few more days than usual and you should receive it within 10-12 days.
    5. Can I exchange or return my customized jersey?
      No. Customized jerseys are custom made to order for you. Exchange, returns or cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed. CoD orders will be cancelled by us.
    6. What are your other policies on customization?
      You can add any Name (10 chars) and number (3 digits) to be printed on the back of certain jerseys. Any profanity or objectional requests will be cancelled by us.
    7. Why was my COD order for customization cancelled?
      For custom products, we are not accepting COD. Please re-order with the prepaid option.

    Payment & Refund

    1. What are the various modes of payment accepted in MPL?
      We accept COD, Razorpay, Cashfree (Cards, UPI, NetBanking, Wallets)
    2. What is the COD limit?
      The COD limit is Rs.4500 and includes any undelivered, unpaid orders and any new orders being placed.
    3. What should I do if my payment fails?
      For such requests, please send us a chat or message or contact customer support by emailing at support@mplsports.in
    4. Why can't I see the COD option on my payment page?
      If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:
      1. Your order value may be more than Rs. 4,500
      2. Our courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery option for your delivery address.
      3. You may have placed another order using the COD option which is pending delivery. If the amount of this
      order, when added to your current order, exceeds Rs. 3,500, then the COD option will be disabled temporarily.
    5. How to get a refund for cash on delivery
      We would request you to provide the bank details of which we need to arrange for a refund when creating the return.
      We also have a Store Credit option to generate a voucher that can be availed on the site.
    6. My product has been picked up but I have not got my refund yet.
      If it has been more than 7 days since the order has been picked by our courier partner and if the refund isn't reflected, please email us at support@mplsports.in and we will sort it out for you.
    7. In case I return the products, will the COD/Shipping/charges be credited back?
      No. These are charges applicable each time an order is placed and are non-refundable.

    Cancellation

    1. What is your Cancellation Policy?
      Cancellation is allowed only if the order has not yet been shipped. You can cancel the order from the My Account section on our website after login in with valid credentials. Cancelled orders will be fully refunded within 48 hours. (7 working days)
    2. I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
      Cancelled orders will be fully refunded within 48 hours.
    3. Can I return or cancel the customised order?
      Sorry, Customised products cannot be returned/Exchanged or cancelled.
    4. Does MPL assure of complete refund against my cancelled order?
      Customers can cancel their order from the My Account section on our website prior to order shipment. Cancelled orders will be fully refunded.

    Corporate & International

    1. Do you deliver everywhere in India?
      Yes, we do deliver PAN India wherever the Pincode is serviceable as per courier partners. Request you to check Pincode while placing an order.
    2. Do you deliver internationally?
      Right now we are only shipping in India for individual orders. International shipping orders are accepted for bulk orders. In order to place such an order please fill out the corporate enquiry form on our website https://mplsports.in/pages/corporate-enquirie
    3. Do you have corporate offers for bulk order?

    Offers & Others

    1. Which are the bank offers available on MPL?
      We may have exciting offers on our website and this will change often.
    2. Are you the official merchandise partner?
      We are the exclusive global partner of BCCI for all official merchandise of the Indian Cricket team.
    3. The product I want to return was bought at discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?
      No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.

    Ind vs South Africa - Match Ticket Contest -

    For each match, there will be 2 winners. There are 5 matches in total, hence there will be 10 winners.

    1. Each winner will get 2 tickets for the match.
    2. The tickets will grant cabin access with food and beverages served in the cabin included.
    3. Conveyance to the match locations or accommodation thereafter is not included in the prize.
    4. Apart from the contest winners, there will be 5 runners up and 10-second runners up.
    5. 5 runners up will get Customised Match kits as prizes.
    6. 10-second runners up will get an Official Billion Cheers Jersey as a prize.
    7. To enter the contest make a purchase on mplsports.in for Rs 1299.
    8. The winners and runners up will be chosen from the eligible contestants through a lucky draw.
    9. Contest eligibility will be valid for purchases from 3rd May to 1st June.
    10. Contest winners and runners ups will be announced on 3rd June, on our social media handles.
    11. In the event you are chosen as one of the winners or runners up, we'll intimate the same by reaching out to you by phone number or email ID.
    12. In case any of the matches are cancelled, the winners can exchange the tickets for gift vouchers from MPL Sports.
    13. Returning the products you purchased from MPL Sports makes your eligibility for the contest invalid while exchanges are allowed.
    14. The contest is valid only for Indian citizens.
    15. The contestant must be above 18 years of age.

    One Blue Jersey - FAQs

    1. What is the difference BTW Billion Cheers & the One blue Jersey?
      The Billion Cheers Jersey will be continuing as team India's Official ODI jersey while the team India will sport the One blue Jersey for all its T20I matches.
    2. Will the One blue Jersey be used for ODI as well?
      The One blue Jersey is specially crafted for the T20 Series
    3. What is the material used in the One blue Jersey? 
      The all new the One blue Jersey is crafted with Polyester jacquard
    4. Is the the One blue Jersey Sweat proof ? 
      Yes the the One blue Jersey is Sweat Proof
    5. Why the cost is high for the the One blue Jersey?
      The One blue Jersey is being brought to you with improved manufacturing technology and fabric improvements.
    6. Can I customise the One blue Jersey ? 
      Yes, We have customise options for the One blue Jersey. We will try our level best to add more variants in future.
    7. Can i Return Or Cancel a customised One blue Jersey?
      Return and replacement is not applicable for customised One blue Jerseys or any other product as it can not be re-used
    8. What is the delivery time for One Blue Jersey?
      The expected delivery time for One Blue jersey is 10 to 12 days, However, for most of the customers, we will be delivering within a shorter time window.
