Orders, Shipping and Delivery

  1. I have made payment for my order, but I have not received the order confirmation email.
    Please drop us an email at mplsportscs@mplgaming.com and our team will help you check and confirm your order status.
  2. How long will it take to deliver the order?
    Orders are expected to be delivered to the specified address within 7 days from the date of order. However, considering Covid restrictions, certain pin codes might experience delay in delivery.
  3. How do I know my order status?
    Customers will receive the Email/SMS about their order at different stages of order delivery. Alternatively, customers can reach out to MPL Sports customer support via email mplsportscs@mplgaming.com for order details.
  4. What size Jersey should I buy?
    We have a Size Guide given on our website just below the available Jersey Sizes for reference
  5. Does the Jersey Backside have a Player name/number?
    No,the current Jersey available for order does not have any player name or number and has a plain backside.
  6. Can we customise the Jersey?
    No, the option to customise is not yet available. However the option is expected to be available soon. Once available it’ll reflect on our website.
  7. Can we have a requested name or player name or player number be printed on the jersey backside?
    These requests come under customisation and will be accepted once the customisation feature is available.
  8. What is the material of the Jersey?
    The Jersey is made from 100% Polyester.
  9. Is the Jersey machine washable?
    Yes, the Jersey is machine washable.

International and Corporate Orders

  1. Is international shipping and corporate orders available?
    Right now we are only shipping in India for individual orders. International shipping or corporate orders are accepted for bulk orders. In order to place such order please write to our customer support mplsportscs@mplgaming.com or alternatively you can fill out corporate enquiry form in our website https://mplsports.in/pages/corporate-enquirie

Returns and Exchanges

  1. How do I return the Jersey if I am not satisfied?
    Yes, you can place the return request in the My Accounts section in our website after login with valid credentials.
  2. How long will it take for the refund to be processed for my Return request?
    Refund will be initiated within 48 hours after your return product is picked up by the courier team.
  3. Is it possible to exchange a Jersey if I have issues with the size?
    Yes, you can place the exchange request in the My Accounts section in our website after login with valid credentials. We shall arrange for the pickup of the product. Once the product is picked we shall dispatch the new Jersey of the requested size within 48 hours.

Cancellation and Modifications

  1. How do I cancel my order?
    You can cancel an order only if the order has not yet been shipped. You can cancel the order from My Account section in our website after login with valid credentials. Cancelled orders will be fully refunded within 48 hours.
  2. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
    You can modify the shipping address of your order before the order is shipped. For such requests, please contact customer support by email at mplsportscs@mplgaming.com
